WINE MAKING PROCESS

Sparkling wine obtained according to the Charmat method. This method makes our sparkling wine particularly fresh and fragrant. After 5 months in autoclave, the wine is bottled and ready for sale after a few months.

TASTE PROFILE

Sparkling wine with a golden yellow color, with a fine and persistent “perlage” Rich in fruit scents. The excellent acidity gives a sense of freshness and cleans the palate well.

PAIRING

For its character and the winemaking technique it is a very flexible wine in combinations. We recommend it as an aperitif, to create cocktails or drink it alone. It is excellent with pizza or at the end of a meal.

AGING

Vertical, in a controlled temperature environment (14-18 °), away from sources of light and heat. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 ° C
