WINE MAKING PROCESS
Sparkling wine obtained from refermentation in the bottle according to the production process defined as the Classic Method
The sparkling wine base is produced from Falanghina grapes vinified in the first ten days of September.
The wine is bottled with the addition of the “liqueur de tirage”, that is, natural grape sugars and yeasts, which allow the froth that transforms the still wine into sparkling wine.
After about 60 months of bottle aging, the “disgorgement” and the final preparation for marketing are carried out.
Keep the bottle in vertical position at a temperature of 18° max. Keep it faraway from light and hot places.
